Items marked Sale have been heavily discounted and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

Returns and exchanges

For items purchased during non-sale events, we offer full refunds or ONE exchange option (Australia). You'll receive 100% of your purchase price back - you just need to cover the return shipping.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, as new, with tags and hygiene labels attached
• For exchanges:
  • Check our website for availability before returning
  • Items must be of equal or lesser value
  • You pay to send your item back to us
  • We'll cover the shipping cost to send your new size/item to you
    
  • If an exchange is not available, we will refund you instead
• Please allow one week from the day we receive your item for returns to be processed
